What happens to my Spyder e-gift card if I return my order, part of it, or if my order is cancelled?Updated 5 months ago

If you have cancelled your order and only paid using an e-gift card, you will receive a refund on the same e-gift card used.

In the event where the order is partially or fully cancelled or returned, you will receive a refund of the amount used from the e-gift card on the same gift card.

If you have used another payment method with your e-gift card, the refund of the amount paid with the other payment method will first be made to that payment method. Once the correct amount has been refunded to that payment method, you will receive the sum in the same e-gift card along with the remaining amount, corresponding to the value of the items cancelled or returned.
