What happens to my Spyder e-gift card if I return my order, part of it, or if my order is cancelled?Updated 24 days ago

If you have cancelled your order and only paid using an e-gift card, you will receive a refund on the same e-gift card used.

In the event where the order is partially or fully cancelled or returned, you will receive a refund of the amount used from the e-gift card on the same gift card.

If you have used another payment method with your e-gift card, the refund of the amount paid with the gift card will be the first to be refunded. Once this amount has been refunded, if there is more to refund, you will receive the corresponding sum in the secondary payment method.
