Can a defective product be exchanged?Updated a month ago

It is indeed possible. When requesting an exchange, you must specify the reason for the exchange, upload photos showing the defect and the general condition of the product, and write a comment justifying your request. After verification by us, the exchange procedure will be sent by e-mail.

In the case of an exchange request for a defective product ordered more than 30 days after the normal return/exchange period has expired, please take a look at our Warranty Policy.
