Can I exchange an item?Updated a month ago
Yes, exchanges are available for most orders. However, exchanges are only possible for a different size of the same item—we cannot exchange for a different colour or article.
How to Exchange
- Click here to start your exchange
- Select the exchange option and choose your desired size
- Follow the return instructions to ship back your original item
- Once we receive and process your return, we'll ship your new size at no extra cost
If the Exchange Option Isn't Available
If you don't see the exchange option for your item during the procedure, it means stock is currently low and we cannot guarantee availability. In this case, select a refund on the return request and reorder directly.
Refund Timeline
Your exchange will be shipped as soon as your return is received and processed by our logistics team. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
