Returns are available for orders placed in: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Getting Your Return Label

- Check your email for two documents:
- Return label – print and affix to the package exterior
- Return slip – place inside the package
- For UK & Switzerland orders: also attach the customs invoice to the outside
Dropping Off Your Return
Print your documents and drop off your package with the appropriate carrier:

- Schedule pickup online at https://mydhl.express.dhl/ (select "No" for shipping label, enter your waybill number), OR

Always request a receipt for your return.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after we receive your package.
Exchanges
Use the same return link and select the exchange option during checkout. We'll ship your new size at no extra cost once we receive and process your return. (Note: exchanges for different sizes only—not colour or article changes.)
