How long does the exchange take?Updated a month ago

Returns are processed within approximately 3 working days of receipt of the package in our warehouse. You will be notified of the return treatment by email. In periods of sales or commercial operations, the processing time may be slightly longer. 

Once the return has been processed, a new exchange order will be generated.

Please note that the UK and Switzerland are excluded from the service
