How many points do I earn for my purchases?Updated 12 days ago

Please note that the value of your points is defined by your status before you place your order

• For BRONZE tier membership earn 5 Points for every €1 = £1 = CHF1 spent on Qualified Product(s) purchased on www.spyder.eu.
• For SILVER tier membership earn 7 Points for every €1 = £1 = CHF1 spent on Qualified Product(s) purchased on www.spyder.eu. 
• For GOLD tier membership earn 10 Points for every €1 = £1 = CHF1 spent on Qualified Product(s) purchased on www.spyder.eu. 

BRONZE: Your total purchase(s) of Qualifying Product(s) is less than £/CHF/€649 over a twelve (12) month period beginning from the date You entered the BASIC tier status.

SILVER: Your total purchase(s) of Qualifying Product(s) is between £/CHF/€650 and £/CHF/€999 over a twelve (12) month period beginning from the date You achieved the SILVER tier status. 

GOLD: Your total purchase(s) of Qualifying Product(s) is over £/CHF/€1000 over a twelve (12) month period beginning from the date You achieved the GOLD tier status.    

If you are a new customer, you will start from BRONZE status. So, the first order will be counted according to the BRONZE tier point conversion of €1 spent = 5 points.

Once the bar of €/£/CHF 650 spent is overcome and only after your order is validated, your account will be upgraded to the SILVER tier.

Thus, even if you spent £/CHF/€1000 on your first order, it’d be counted as a BRONZE tier membership (5 Points for every €1 = £1 = CHF1 spent) as placed the order while you were in this tier. After this, the points will be counted, and your membership will be upgraded accordingly for your next order.

Spyder will post earned Points to Your account within thirty (30) days from the purchase of a Qualifying Product or the performance of a Qualifying Activity. Points may only be redeemed after being posted to Your account.
