How to exchange an item?Updated a month ago

On the returns page of our website, you now have the option to request an exchange of the size of the products you have ordered. Simply select the ‘Exchange’ option by clicking on the link https://www.spyder.eu/a/return.

We will send you a confirmation email with the procedure to follow to return the product and the return label to download, print and attach to your parcel.

Please note that Spyder will refuse any item that is damaged, soiled or incomplete (label and original transparent packaging).

Once your return has been received and validated by our warehouse, a new exchange order will be generated with the requested size(s).

We will inform you by email of the progress of your exchange request: status of the return package, validation of your return, generation of the new exchange order and dispatch of the new exchange order.
