Stock may vary between the time the request is made, the time the carrier delivers the return, the time our warehouse receives and validates the goods and the time the new order is created and prepared. Please note that our warehouse delivers throughout Europe and that we receive orders every day. The influx of returns may also affect availability, as a product that is out of stock may come back in stock as a result of returns. If we are unable to fulfil the exchange, you will be refunded for the item.
