My parcel has been damaged, what should I do?Updated 5 months ago

If you notice, when your parcel is delivered, that the packaging has been damaged, you have two options:


- Refuse delivery of the parcel and it will be returned to us


- Accept the parcel, indicating that the packaging is damaged on the delivery note

 

If you notice some damage when you open your parcel, please make a claim from the carrier concerned.


If your parcel was given to a third part or left under the porch (with your authorization), as long as it has not been opened, you may return it  to the carrier for a free of charge return.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to not accept your claim if the aforementioned instructions are not followed.
