When will I be refunded for my return?Updated a month ago

The processing time is about 3 to 7 working days from receipt of your return in our warehouse.

During sales and promotional periods, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Once your return is treated, you receive an email to confirm the refund if the returned items meet the standards of our return policy or in the case of the exchange you will receive an email confirming the new order of the exchanged products.
